This series of 20 new half-hour SIT AND BE FIT episodes features exercises that focus on brain fitness, safe driving skills, neurological functioning, and improving balance, strength, flexibility and circulation. Program host, Mary Ann Wilson, RN guides viewers through gentle, safe workouts set to upbeat music. Each program is carefully researched and developed with the assistance of physical therapists, medical doctors and exercise specialists. Wilson’s daughter, Gretchen Paukert, joins her to demonstrate seated versions of standing exercises. SIT AND BE FIT appeals to viewers of all ages.
