#1901 Overall Functional Fitness
Mary Ann begins the workout with step-by-step instructions for building good postural stability, followed by a fun combination of movements to increase circulation and a variety of sit to stand progressions. Gretchen shares challenging exercises to work the fingers.

#1902 Working the Core and More
Mary Ann and Gretchen offer a variety of exercises that focus on core strengthening including segments that incorporate a band and large ball. Tino shares a slow Tai Chi segment and Mary Ann finishes the workout with gentle stretching.

#1903 All-Seated Workout
This workout begins with a focus on various ways to improve breathing. Mary Ann uses a large ball for upper and lower body exercises as well as back support.

#1904 Building Exercise Awareness
Mary Ann encourages viewers to focus on building awareness of what each exercise feels like and the purpose of each movement. Guest instructor Kele Murdin, PT, shares exercises to help prevent falls.

This fun, upbeat, workout is sure to leave your body feeling and functioning better. A large ball is used to increase range of motion. The weight segment is done standing to improve balance.

#1909 Spinal Flexibility
This workout features exercises that improve spinal flexibility, wrist strengthening, and warming the joints with self-massage. Mary Ann finishes the workout with a gentle stretch segment using a large ball to improve overall range of motion.

#1910 Improve Abdominal Strength
Mary Ann focuses on a variety of exercises to work all of the abdominal muscles. She shares finger exercises to keep the hands mobile and leg exercises for balance.
