#101 Cowboy Way

#102 Saving History
This episode introduces you to the little-known history of the Japanese people in the San Luis Valley of Colorado. We visits a potato farmer who remembers how the valley once had numerous Japanese families. Today only a handful remain and the Japanese language is seldom heard being spoken.

#103 The Acequias
The story of the ancient waterway system in southern Colorado. A Ditch Rider oversees the distribution of water to the farms and ranches. Farmers detail their relationship to water and one young family shows the future while taking of the land and the water.
